The Hotel has 210 rooms and suites, out of which 160 double rooms with 32 m² of surface, 39 Junior Suites with 40 m² of surface, and 11 Senior Suites with 53 - 60 m² of surface. All rooms are very comfortable, airy, furnished with modern technology, bathrooms with bathtubs and showers, a writing desk, sitting furniture, mini bar, safe, air conditioning and a balcony with an impressive view over the Zadar Archipelago.

Located on the hotel ground floor with app. 600 m2 of surface and its own concept, with a separate entrance, reception with a dressing room, foyer and business centre, the conference centre is a separate business unit that ensures its participants the peace and quiet necessary for all kinds of business meetings. The Hotel has altogether 7 halls that can seat 30-200 participants in a theatre seating arrangement. All halls are air-conditioned and sound proof and feature state-of-the-art conference and moderation technology (TV/Video/DVD, projector, overhead projector and screen, sound equipment with CD player, microphones, Internet connection and W-LAN, flipchart).
