We will gladly answer to all your inquiries and we will try to offer you a very interesting and eventful program that will be professionally done and within your budget, while keeping the highest quality, so that the organizers, the participants and the end users would be satisfied.

Using us as a PCO (Professional Conference Organizer) and a DMC (Destination Management Company) you will not have to worry about the organization of your event. Therefore, you will be able to deal with your daily obligations and work, knowing that the organization is in the hands of experts.

We can arrange hotel services, from accommodation to catering (coffee breaks, working lunch, gala dinners, etc.). Our offer will be focused on your specific needs. Whether it is a smaller seminar or a more complex congress we can define the agenda of all activities related to your event.

Our responsibility will be the coordination of all activities, providers, and accompanying persons' program, as well as the coordination of the often requested special program for invited speakers. We take care of the transfers, whether in town, or from the airport to hotels and vice versa.

The essential part in the organization of each event is that all the important details are agreed upon before the beginning of the realization of the event. That is the only way to avoid any obstacles, and to organize the event in due time and in the best possible way.

We offer interpreting (simultaneous, consecutive, individual) and written translations. Our offer encompasses the following languages: Croatian, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Slovenian, Macedonian, Albanian, Swedish, Turkish, Arabic, Hungarian, Dutch, Polish, Serbian. If you need some other language, please let us know and we will try to provide it.

Simultaneous interpreting equipment
Experienced technicians with the best equipment and interpreters guarantee that there would be no language barriers. Infrared simultaneous interpreting ensures high quality of sound, protection from wiretapping and simple equipment installation.

 Modern booths are an additional guarantee of interpreting quality. Those are portable, soundproof booths. They are made in accordance with ISO standards (4043) which prescribe dimensions, position of windows, level of sound isolation, etc. 

Interactive systems
Electronic model is used instead of the usual hand raising system to express “for”, “against”, “abstain”, etc. Voters press the interactive button, signal is transmitted wirelessly to the computer which processes it. When the process is completed, then the result can be seen on the screen and at the same time it is recorded for possible further processing. Result is displayed in several ways: numerically, or in a form of column, pie charts, etc.

New systems Reply mini and Reply plus replaced the Digivote system, and thus enabled even better communication between lecturers and participants.

Microphone systems
• Wireless microphones (Shure i Sennheiser) are commonly used when the hall is reorganized into a theatre (cinema) style. Speakers use „bugs“, and handheld microphone is for questions and comments from the audience. Microphone will be available to all participants thanks to our hostesses who will quickly and efficiently hand it out.

• Digimic and Automic mycrophone systems are the best solution when there are tables in the hall (round table, „U“ or school desks). Microphones are installed according to the principle: two participants, one microphone.

Other equipment and services
Our highly qualified partners will be in charge of all technical organization and equipping of your event, and they will advise you from the very beginning to the implementation on site:

In addition to the basic content of the congress - lectures and poster presentations - additional facilities are offered by the exhibitors.

They complement and refresh the congress in their own way. Quite often, they provide financial assistance to the organizers. Therefore, both hotel and organizer are keen to give them a nice spot in front of the conference hall or nearby, so as to have a better communication with participants and visitors. For that purpose we supply stands.

Depending on the needs, brochure racks, signboard with logo, plasma screens, lap-tops, projectors, printers, cabinets, showcases, and other equipment can be added to the stands.

Congress comprises a large number of experts, lectures and presentations, therefore it is impossible to have all the lectures presented orally. That is why the organizers divide them in two, the oral ones with projectors, and those presented by posters.

Panels are usually placed in front of the conference halls, where presentations are held as well, with posters placed on panels. Panels are adjusted for posters of various sizes and for other exhibits (which could be placed on the panels or on horizontal boards, etc.)
