3. Define the conference programme, as well as the schedule and time slots of activities.
4. Take care of coordination of all follow-up activities, from mediating services of suppliers to meeting specific needs of accompanying persons and invited speakers.
5. Contract hotel arrangements (services of accommodation, coffee breaks and working lunches) and additional hospitality services such as welcome cocktail or gala dinner.
6. Provide full technical support, including poster sessions and exhibition space.
7. Negotiate best terms and prices in line with the event budget.
8. Take into account reservation deadlines, participant applications, payment of participation fees, transfers and similar important details.
9. Provide a team that is permanently at the venue and at your disposal, in order to coordinate and supervise programme realisation, and to take care of any problems that may arise during the event.
