Accommodation

The hotel features 305 modernly decorated rooms spread across three hotel wings, along with a reception area, a spacious foyer, and an aperitif bar. Additionally, there are 8 hotel suites and 4 rooms designed for guests with disabilities. All rooms are equipped with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, and most have balconies offering a view of one of the world’s most beautiful sunsets.

Restaurants and bars

The hotel offers four restaurants: buffet restaurant Mediteran and à la carte restaurants Lanterna, Golden Restaurant & Bar and Kantun. The offer is based on Croatian, Dalmatian and international cuisine, with an emphasis on fresh and seasonal ingredients. Guests can enjoy six bars: Pine Bar — located in the hotel lobby with a lounge area and spacious terrace; Pool Bar — by the outdoor pool; Bura Beach Bar — right by the beach; Caffe Bar More — located by the sea next to the Lanterna restaurant; Golden Restaurant & Bar — an exclusive seaside venue set in a pine forest with sunset views; and Pini Marini Beach Bar — on the beach.

Wellness and spa center

The Wellness & Spa Center of Hotel Pinija with swimming pools covers 2000 m2 of closed and 1000 m2 of open space. Guests can enjoy saunas, a steam bath, a Himalayan salt room, and a relaxation zone with a view of the sea. The wellness offer is based on an individual approach to each guest, with an emphasis on authentic "Pinija experience" rituals.

Activities

The hotel offers a wide range of activities for all ages, including fitness programs, mini golf, tennis, table tennis, and bicycle rentals. Directly in front of the hotel is a well-maintained beach, sheltered from the wind and large waves—perfect for relaxing by the crystal-clear sea.

Additionally, guests have the opportunity to book excursions to explore the region, including visits to nearby national and nature parks.

MICE

We have rich experience in organizing professional gatherings, congresses, teambuilding and incentive trips, as well as festive events such as receptions and weddings. Our professional team provides complete support in planning and realization of events, including technical support, organization of coffee break packages, welcome packages, working lunches and gala dinners.

There are five congress halls available that can be adapted to your needs. Two halls are located inside the hotel and can accommodate up to 220 people, and two multifunctional halls in the newly built Congress & Event Center Zadar, with a capacity of up to 650 participants.

For smaller gatherings, the hotel also offers the Business Corner, a meeting room within the hotel, well-equipped for up to 12 participants, suitable for small meetings, consultations, online calls, or team workshops.
