TOURISM 365 celebrates 10 years: Zagreb becomes the centre of conversation about the future of tourism

Right in the centre of Zagreb, Hotel Dubrovnik gives a new dimension to staying at the hotel with its refreshed ambiance and the idea of becoming a place where the people of Zagreb will gladly return for coffee, an informal business meeting, socializing, or a break during the day.
Combining recognizable tradition with a contemporary approach to hospitality, the new Lobby Bar is conceived as a pleasant and open space that follows the city's dynamics while simultaneously inviting guests to a short rest. Its location in the very heart of the city makes it a natural meeting place for hotel guests, locals, and the business community, with an emphasis on quality service, a pleasant atmosphere, and the small moments of enjoyment that make everyday life more beautiful.

"At one of the most famous Zagreb addresses, we wanted to create a space that is not only a part of the hotel, but a part of city life. The newly renovated Lobby Bar and the Tea Time concept arose from the desire to offer guests and the people of Zagreb a place where they can slow down, take a break, and enjoy quality moments. We believe that precisely the atmosphere, the feeling of welcome, and sincere hospitality are what bring people back, and this is exactly what we wanted to convey through this new chapter of Hotel Dubrovnik," pointed out Anita Bilaver, director of Hotel Dubrovnik.
Tea Time – harmony of flavours in every moment
A special novelty in the offer of Hotel Dubrovnik is the Tea Time concept, inspired by the tradition of afternoon socializing over tea and enjoying carefully selected delicacies, which brings a different way of spending time in the city. Whether it is a meeting with friends, business obligations, or a moment of stepping away from the daily routine, Tea Time invites guests to enjoy simple yet valuable moments and responds to the desire of contemporary guests for quality experiences that combine gastronomy, socializing, and relaxation. With a space that can become an opportunity for a new acquaintance, a good conversation, or enjoying a favourite tea and pastry, Hotel Dubrovnik enriches its offer and approach to guests.

A good atmosphere as an introduction to a new experience
The opening of the newly renovated Lobby Bar and the presentation of the Tea Time concept were marked by a gathering in the pleasant ambiance of Hotel Dubrovnik. Among the female guests were PR expert and presenter Renata Sopek, presenter Antonija Stupar Jurkin, and food influencer Doris Valković, who are connected by a love for gastronomy and enjoying life's small pleasures, as well as the need for a getaway and a break from numerous business obligations.
Along with carefully selected bites and favourite drinks, the gathering took place in the sign of getting acquainted with the new space, relaxation, conversation, and the exchange of impressions. A special ambiance was also created by a cellist, whose refined musical accompaniment further enriched the atmosphere and gave a note of elegance to the entire event. Exactly what Hotel Dubrovnik wants to offer its guests was portrayed – an experience in which space, flavours, and time spent in good company are equally important, as well as encouraging the people of Zagreb to experience this central location as a place to which they can return at different times of the day.

Authentic moments with a modern urban signature
Hotel Dubrovnik vhas occupied a special place in Zagreb's life for decades, and one of its most vibrant locations is an unavoidable address for morning coffee, as well as business and informal gatherings in the strict centre. With the new decoration of the Lobby Bar and the introduction of the Tea Time concept, it continues to develop its offer in accordance with the habits and expectations of contemporary guests, upgrading it with new contents and experiences and providing a new reason for a visit. In doing so, it retains what makes it recognizable – hospitality, service quality, and connection with the city, confirming that places which connect people, reveal new sides of Zagreb's hospitality, and offer a break from everyday life are an important part of urban life.
