Meet Supetar!

Supetar is a real island town and the biggest Brač’s village. A real heart of the island located in its northern part. It is also an excellent starting point for exploring this beautiful, diverse and very interesting island. Supetar is also administrative, cultural, economic and touristic centre and has a very good ferryboat connection with Split.

Supetar abounds with points of historical heritage which is not surprising as its history goes back to the period of Roman emperors. The aforementioned is proved by remnants from 6th century: Early Christian mosaic close to the Parish church and villa rusticate at the St Nicholas promontory, close to the town beach Banj. Take a walk to the town cemetery and visit the Petrinović family mausoleum, work of art of Tomo Rosandić and continue to the viewpoint above Supetar from where extends a magnificent view on Brač Channel and visit one of 19 preserved Early Romanic churches on Brač, a small church of St Lucas. Also, do not miss art collection of Ivan Rendić, considered the father of modern Croatian sculpture.

Supetar is full of beautiful and clean beaches - like popular city beaches Banj and Tri Mosta, or Acapulco beach that you will first see when you leave a ferry and is one of most popular motives of Supetar.

Adults Only, Hotel Osam is located in the very center of the town of Supetar, on the island of Brač. The hotel has 31 accommodation units. All accommodation units are modernly designed and furnished. Each room has a balcony/terrace, air conditioning, mini bar, flat screen TV with satellite programs, private bathroom with shower. The interior design combines traditional stone details with elements of contemporary decoration.

Within the hotel there is an a la carte restaurant Otok with an offer of local and international specialties and selected wines which got a Michelin guide recommendation, an outdoor/indoor heated pool, a sauna, and a Roof Top bar, which is the ultimate place to relax with a unique view of the sunset, the mountains, and the port of Supetar.

Meetings and events

For the purposes of holding business events, two meeting rooms are available, each with a maximum capacity of 15 people, equipped with audio-visual equipment and free high speed wireless internet.

Additional meeting rooms for a maximum of 450 people are available on request in the Waterman Forum congress center within the Waterman Svpetrvs Resort (only 500m from Osam Hotel).
