Basic information

Five Wells Square is located in the old town between the Captain's tower, with a medieval wall, and the Renaissance bastions Grimani on which the park was Queen Helen. Tower Great Captain on the Square of Five Wells (near the captain's residence) is pentagonal shaped (measuring 9.0 x 7.75 m, height 26.0 m), and relies on the western side of the medieval city wall from the XIII. c. The tower is a time served as a prison, and is now used as a showroom for HADLU and Zadar.
