With the takeover of two newly renovated hotels in the city centre – Aminess Kadoor Hotel 4* and Aminess Florian & Godler Hotel 4* – the company’s portfolio has grown to a total of 33 properties, further strengthening Aminess’ position as one of the region’s tourism leaders.

The move into Karlovac marks a strategic step forward, further expanding Aminess’ presence beyond its traditional coastal destinations and opening up new opportunities in the development of continental tourism. This latest addition continues the expansion of its business model, under which Aminess, through its management company Aminess Hospitality Group, develops partnerships with hotel owners by leveraging the group’s strong operational, sales and marketing platform. This approach provides property owners with a stable and professional operating model, while Aminess uses its expertise and experience to enhance the quality of the offer, guest satisfaction and the long-term value of the destination.

By entering Karlovac, we are further expanding the network of destinations in which Aminess operates, confirming our strategy of continuous growth and development. Our asset-light management model has proven to be an important driver of portfolio expansion, and our move into central Croatia opens up additional room for new business opportunities.
