New multifunctional event venue in Zagreb – SFERA 173

A new and exciting event is coming to Zagreb from Komunikacijski laboratorij! From 1 to 5 September, the first-ever Zagreb Health Week powered by Lilly is taking place—a new city event aimed at bringing a healthier lifestyle closer to citizens through five days of free activities.
Over five days, Zagreb Health Week powered by Lilly connects citizens, healthcare experts, institutions, the sports community and numerous partners. The final event, held on 5 September from 09:00 to 19:00 in Pavilion 7 at the Zagreb Velesajm Fair, will be particularly interesting for the general public. Entry to the programme is free.
"We launched Zagreb Health Week to provide citizens with easy access to verified information, experts and activities that can become part of their daily routines. We are especially pleased that the event does not last just one day, but moves across various parts of the city through free workshops and workout sessions, making health more accessible to everyone. We believe there is something for everyone, so I invite all citizens to join us on 5 September at the Zagreb Velesajm Fair, meet inspiring people and experts, and take the opportunity to do something good for their health," said Manuela Šola, project initiator and director of Komunikacijski laboratorij.

Grand finale on 5 September at the Zagreb Velesajm Fair
The main event of Zagreb Health Week will take place on Saturday, 5 September, from 09:00 to 19:00 in Pavilion 7 of the Zagreb Velesajm Fair. Designed for all generations, the all-day programme combines education, expert content, physical activity, consultations and the presentation of innovations in the field of health and well-being.
One of the key parts of the programme will be learning and inspiration - discussions and lectures by experts in health, nutrition, exercise, mental well-being and longevity. Visitors will be able to hear practical tips and information that can help build healthier daily habits.
For those who associate health with an active lifestyle, demonstration group workouts led by experienced Zagreb trainers have been prepared. The programme will allow visitors to actively participate, try out different forms of exercise and find additional motivation for regular movement.
A special segment will be the well-being expo, showcasing selected brands, innovations, beauty & health products, books and new solutions for a healthier life. Visitors can also look forward to content dedicated to mental well-being, including meditation and breathing techniques, as well as relaxation and regeneration zones.
The Croatian Institute of Public Health is preparing a Burnout Check Point, an advisory space dedicated to mental health and burnout prevention, while the Croatian Red Cross will conduct training in first aid and the use of automated external defibrillators (AED).
The importance of Zagreb Health Week has also been recognized by key public institutions that have granted patronage to the project. The project is held under the patronage of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Tourism and Sport, the Ministry of Science, Education and Youth, and the Croatian Institute of Public Health (HZJZ), confirming the importance of joint action between the public and private sectors in promoting health and prevention.
