Additional value to the project comes from an attractive commercial space located on the ground floor of the hotel building, spanning more than 1,500 square meters, which will introduce entirely new opportunities and carefully curated commercial amenities, reflecting the rhythm of the city and contributing to the urban energy of this prestigious location.

The hotel aims to become a favorite gathering place for Zagreb residents, while additional amenities will include a rooftop terrace overlooking the city’s historic facades, two private lounge areas, a wellness zone with a relaxation corner and fully equipped fitness center, as well as a spacious garage, ensuring full functionality and a competitive advantage in the very heart of the city.
