Opatija Tourist Board showcases its MICE offer at IMEX Frankfurt 2026
The Croatian National Tourist Board, as an associated partner in the Interreg Euro-MED GreenSET project, is actively supporting the implementation of the Service Accelerator, a free expert support program designed for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises that want to develop new and innovative services with applications in tourism.
The program is focused on activating existing resources throughout the year, extending the main part of the tourist season, and increasing revenue while attracting new market segments.
The Service Accelerator is intended for companies already operating in tourism, as well as those from other sectors such as ICT, manufacturing, and the creative industries, which are developing solutions applicable to the tourism sector. Through this program, participants will receive individual business consulting, mentoring support, and access to practical tools for the development, testing, and validation of innovative services, along with increased visibility at the European level.
With the support of STEP RI experts, participants will go through the key phases of service development – from internal analysis and ecosystem mapping, to identifying opportunities and generating ideas, all the way to developing a sustainable business model. At the end of the program, each company will have developed a new service concept.
