
Aminess Gourmet Lab: top chefs, new culinary skills and a focus on profitability in the F&B segment

Two major hotel and tourism companies in southern Dalmatia, HTP Korčula d.d. and HTP Orebić d.d., are officially merging into Aminess d.d. This business integration brings together the tourism portfolios of the three companies and further strengthens Aminess as one of the leading hotel groups on the Croatian coast.
The merger is part of a long-term strategy focused on strengthening competitiveness, accelerating the investment cycle, and creating a stronger foundation for the development of Korčula and Orebić, as well as other destinations where Aminess operates.
This merger marks an important step forward for Aminess, as the company will continue to invest strongly in the development of an authentic and sustainable tourism offer in its southern destinations, while also maintaining close cooperation with local communities and partners on projects that contribute to residents’ quality of life and preserve the identity of the destinations.
